i. Basic Qualification: Passed 10th class
ii. Certification: National Council of Vocational Training ( NCVT ).
iii. Duration of Course: 1 Years, Full Time.
iv. Subject to be studied during training course: Passed 10th class

V. Skills acquired on completion: Computer fundamentals, attaining speed for practicing data entry, hardware & software concepts, Installing & working with OS: - MS-DOS, Win 9x/2000/ME/XP, Developing Programs from planning & flowcharting to coding & debugging using programming Languages JavaScript, Learning various packages supported by PC such as MS-Word, MS Excel, Presentation & graphic packages and developing programs for commercial Application, Basic concepts of networking, Internet browsing and Email, Multimedia concepts, PC peripherals (Printer, Scanner, Web Camera, CD-Writer), Awareness of IT Act 2000, Web designing using HTML, Overview of Visual Basic Application, Tally with Smart Accounting-Commerce Developing soft skill viz. work culture, communication Skills.

VI. Options for employment:
Assistant Programmer in software development firms.
Faculty member or Lab assistant in Computer Institutes or Schools.
Internet operator in Cyber cafe.
Computer operator in Industry, Offices etc. Assistant to Service Engineer Sales person in Hardware & Software Firms.

VIII. Options for self-employment: He/she can start a Computer Institute, Cyber cafe & DTP centre. Starting a computer Consumable shop. Take up data processing jobs. Eligible to apply in State and Central Govt jobs.
